- Announcement for Income Tax payment and Acknowledgement of Income Tax
   payment.
- Application for account opening, deposit account number, its balance and
   information about your indebtedness.
- Letter of undertaking on completing all the mortgage/pawning procedures.
- Repayment schedule.
2. Corporate loans:
  With corporate loans offered by SVB, all of your business finance needs can be met, from short-term loan to medium-term loan to long-term loan. They can be granted in various methods and variety kinds of loans.

  Required documents on security:
  - Machinery and equipment: Custom declaration papers, Value added commercial invoice, foreign trade contract, Ocean bills of lading, packing list, importation license.
  - Factory and building: Certificate of ownership, performance acceptance record, technical drawings, construction license, certificate of completion of works, declaration for payment of registration fee.
  - Housing: Certificates of housing and land-using right or notarized contract of house sale/purchase, house drawings, declaration for payment of registration fees, acknowledgement of payment of taxes.
  - Vehicles: Registration of vehicles, Sale/Purchase contract, Commercial Invoice (value added), Book of registration, Insurance policy, Certificate of vehicle origin.
  - Land: certificate of land-using right (for foreign-invested enterprises only), Lent rent contract, acknowledgement of payment of land rents, contract of joint venture capital contribution with land-using right (by Vietnamese party), land drawings.
