1. Opening account
  Various kinds of deposit such as demand deposit, time deposit, installment time deposit will be opened at your request and then a consolidated passbook will be issued for your convenience.
  Kinds of account :
  - Demand deposit :
* Can deposit, withdraw and transfer anytime.
* There is one special account for foreigners: Without source Account which can be used for deposit money without any evidence but transfer transactions are not available.
- Time deposit :
* 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months
Time deposit account can be withdrawn prior to maturity date and will be paid the highest possible interest rate applicable to each term of time deposit with the actual length of time from the deposit date until the day the customers withdraw partly or wholly amount.
* Time deposit is automatically revolved if the bank receives no further notice on due date.

4. Domestic remittance
  On-line banking service will support the transfer of money immediately between Hochiminh Head Office, Hanoi Branch, Binh Duong Branch and Dong Nai Branch.

5. Issuance of ATM Card
  Customers can easily withdraw or transfer money in Vietnam Dong inside the bank free of charge both from ShinhanVina Bank's ATMs and at any card acceptance points of Vietcombank's system.
